Nelly Farah Nguegan is a strategic communications specialist with 15 years of experience. She has worked with the African Development Bank, the African Union Commission, the Japan Overseas Cooperation Agency, and l'Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie. She authored the book "African Union Communication and regional integration" and holds a master's degree in International Communication.
